Artist statement:

For this project I used Adobe Photoshop. Before I started creating my room I first had to find all of my furniture and room decorations. After I found all ,y details for the room I put it together. Ounce I did that I added shadows to everything and this is my final result. The things that stick out the most is my very interesting choice of furniture, the seal sleeping in the middle of the floor, and the giraffe in the window. No one in particular inspired my artwork I just wanted to make a room with some fun aspects so that’s why I added a giraffe and a seal. When people see my artwork I want people to smile and not be super serious when looking at my door. From creating this I learned how to better edit my pictures and I learned how to do shadows much better. This final piece is what I imagined. I like the final result of this. I think I did the shadows well and I think that I could of done better with the lighting on some of the furniture.

Final project

This project took me about 5 classes to finish. It took me 2 days to smooth out all the gray and it the rest of the days were finding my colors. I only did 4 colors and these are the 4 I did. I did this project in adobe Photoshop. From creating this project I learned how to better use Photoshop and how to turn things into gray scale. I like how all my color go together and this is what I wanted my project to look like. I inspired my own artwork because I really wanted to use Mason Ramsey for this project. I decided to use him because I like Mason Ramsey and I thought it would be fun to use him. When people see my artwork I want them to at least make a smile from my project. I want them to think that my project is cool but it is also funny because of the person I chose. Overall I really liked this project and I had a lot of fun making it.
